Centros is working in partnership with Portsmouth City Council to transform the Northern Quarter area of the city centre. As one of the UK’s leading urban regeneration and mixed-use development companies, Centros has a proven track record in delivering schemes that make a positive impact on local communities. It has successfully completed ten schemes in eight years.
Previous and current projects include Fremlin Walk in Maidstone, the arc development in Bury St Edmunds, N1 in Islington, Cutty Sark Station in Greenwich and Weavers Wharf in Kidderminster.
Centros’ expertise has been recognised by several industry organisations. It has received two retail property organisations BCSC Gold awards, for the Weavers Wharf project and the Pescods Square project in Boston.
